The best time is during the dry season, from April to October. June, July, and August are the sunniest months, ideal for trekking like the Inca Trail or Salkantay. However, if you prefer fewer crowds, April, May, September, and October are perfect. That said, always bring rain gear because the weather in the Andes is very changeable!

Altitude sickness is common when arriving in Cusco (3,400 m / 11,150 ft). Our tips:

  • Arrive in Cusco at least one day before starting any demanding tour.
  • Drink plenty of water, coca tea, or chew coca leaves.
  • Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, and physical exertion on the first day.
  • If symptoms persist, we have portable oxygen and medical assistance available.

It depends on the tour you choose. In our "All-Inclusive" packages (such as Inca Trail, Salkantay, or Sacred Valley + Machu Picchu), tickets are included. In budget or half-day tours (City Tour, Maras Moray), some tickets like the Tourist Ticket or Machu Picchu entrance may be separate. Check each tour's description or ask us. We are always transparent.

Inca Trail 4D/3N: Moderate to difficult. The second day is the most demanding (climbing to Warmiwañusca Pass at 4,200 m / 13,780 ft). Good physical condition is required.
Salkantay Trek: Also moderate to difficult, but longer with more diverse landscapes. The highest point is Salkantay Pass at 4,600 m / 15,090 ft.
Rainbow Mountain / Humantay Lake: Moderate difficulty hikes (1.5 to 2 hours uphill). We offer horse rentals at both destinations.

We accept:

  • Bank deposit/transfer (Peru and Australia).
  • Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via dollar deposit or our secure payment link.
  • PayPal (fee applies, please inquire).

To book, you only need to pay a 30% or 50% deposit (depending on the tour type) and pay the balance upon arrival in Cusco. Hassle-free!

Absolutely! We design express packages:

  • 2 days: Sacred Valley + Machu Picchu (spend one night in Aguas Calientes).
  • 3 days: Cusco City Tour + Sacred Valley + Machu Picchu.
  • 4 days: Cusco + Rainbow Mountain + Sacred Valley + Machu Picchu.

Contact us and we'll put together a customized itinerary for you.

Your safety is our priority:

  • Professional guides with first aid training.
  • Complete first aid kit and portable oxygen on all tours.
  • Modern vehicles with insurance and expert drivers.
  • Basic medical assistance insurance included in our private tours.
  • Cleaning protocols for transportation and equipment.

Yes! We offer options for all ages:

  • Cusco City Tour, Sacred Valley, Maras Moray: Easy, with minimal walking and comfortable transportation.
  • Machu Picchu by Train: Ideal for seniors and children (minimal physical effort).
  • Rainbow Mountain / Humantay Lake: We recommend renting a horse for those who cannot walk long distances.

Please inquire about age restrictions for demanding treks (Inca Trail, Salkantay).
