A cooking class tour in Cusco is an enriching experience that allows visitors to immerse themselves in Peruvian culinary culture. During the tour, you will visit a local market to learn about the fresh and diverse ingredients used in Peruvian cuisine, and learn about the importance of gastronomy in Andean culture.

Then, you will head to a traditional kitchen where an expert chef will guide the cooking class, teaching you how to prepare typical Peruvian dishes such as ceviche, lomo saltado or ají de gallina.

Participants have the opportunity to cook and taste their own dishes, and learn techniques and useful tips that they can apply in their own kitchens.
